Campaign Desciption

TAC has embarked on the promotion of Education. In the recently released result by the Uganda National Examination Board, in Primary Leaving Exams only 39 students passed in First Grade, 9 students passed ordinary level exams in First Grade. TAC is currently trying to secure 39 scholarship to these First graders who mostly whom the parents cannot afford fees of about USD 200 per term (3months).

Further TAC is currently preparing past exams as most of these schools are poorly funded and the parents in these schools are barely able to support the school activities.

TAC in its 2050 Vision has identified vocation education as a priority. Most of the children who were abducted by LRA rebels missed formal education and have no skills for change and not employable. It is TAC strategic plan to mobilize resources to build vocations school to alleviate the lives of these victims of war, otherwise these idle youth risk being turned into criminals.
